We finally made it up the canyon to bury our good friend Nemo, who has been in a ice block for a few weeks now. But we really wanted to send him off in place we loved. So after church we went up to Bridal Veil Falls and had to keep on walking because it was pretty busy. We wanted some peace and privacy.
We were pretty surprised to see a huge blow up screen for a film festival that was going on right across the river from the falls. We find it so funny that wherever we go we always run into something interesting and fun.
We found our own little private spot off the path and through the woods to the river.

jarom has the greatest huge smile. what beautiful kids, i am just always amazed. this was a nice way to officially send nemo on his way, what a nice peaceful spot and a sweet family hike to get there. anything good playing at the film festival?
The part about Nemo being in an ice block for a few weeks sent me into hysterics!!! That is awesome, what a great way to preserve him for the official burying day.
