This was yesterday. I just had to take this picture as I was pulling out of the drive way. I had lovely dreams of laying under this tree and watching the sun through the blossoms, like sun through colored-glass. The thought of it still warms my soul.
Another view of her Majesty as I drive by on the street.
And then some in between time
Goodnight
Good Morning?
See why I feel wacko. Time to kiss the blossoms good bye.
Now tell me.
Is it REALLY May 1st tomorrow?
P.S. Glory, thanks for teaching me how to spell tomorrow all those years ago. I can't help but think of you every time I write it. I still haven't made up my mind. Tom or Row? xo
P.S.S thinking of you Spring

You're invited
To Arches!!!!!!!! Come meet the hiking crew
Well, there's me, of course
Wait, hold on, picture time
Adie, the cutest tourist ever. Her cool outfit and camera pass as late 80's early 90's. You might think she doesn't know what she is talking about but she does, the camelbak proves it.
Matt, the handsome know it all, also has nice muscles.
Papa, the slow but well intended, happy, helpful and has the best camera out of all of us.
1 wild child
now 2
Bella, the mountain goat.
Heather, a sunny gal, hikes in style. Oh, there goes the mountain goat.
You can choose your own route. Wild child on the path or follow the girls off the path.
We can't help but stop and take pictures at the sneak peak preview of the beauty before us.
I want one too.
One last turn.
And there she is in all her glorious beauty. The snow on the mountains, green shrubs and flowers blooming.
Calls for a family photo.
Sitting up there is so breathtaking and awe inspiring. That you won't even have minded hiking with us, but thank us.
You might even want to jump in our goodbye Arch photo.
One last kiss from the sun
The way down is just as enjoyable as the way up.
So meet us. I will try and post pre-hike dates for you all.
Hope to see you all soon xo

Sunshine is headed my way

Welcome
I know some of you have been waiting for this
Pictures of cute rooms
But guess what, we are not ready
Some rooms still look like this
But we have been working very hard, white -
Now red. Bella picked geranium red for her bed. I stained my bedroom furniture, painted Bella's new bed, painted the door desert glow, my room peacock blue and bought TONS of stuff that is not put up yet.
But one pair of curtains made it up
Some hanging mini roses waiting to be put up
My new favorite little nook light made it up
My new bedroom light
Bella's new light
We are slowly getting there, but are so happy in our new home even if it's messy. More blogs to come with more progress.

Once
Rain, Wind, Snow or Sun
This is what we are doing. I, for the last couple of years have tried to get the kids in soccer but have always missed the deadline, not this year. Thought I'd show them, but it sure showed me. I had no idea that two kids in soccer takes OVER your life. And get this. I was so pleased to have remembered to sign them up for soccer on time I even did T-ball for Bell and coach pitch for Jarom. I thought I was on a roll. Soccer is almost done, just two more weeks and then the day of Bella's last soccer game is the day of her first T-ball game. Wish the kids could be on the same teams.
They are having a ton of fun running after that black and white ball though
Hanging out on the sidelines
I am very glad I signed them up. Jarom has said it is the one sport he wants to play and Bella is a natural.
Bella with some of her team, the boys are also in her school class.
Matt warming up the kids
We missed Bella's pictures so Matt took this of her, right in the middle of our last snow.
